Refund & Return Policy

At Blake's Specialty Tea, we take pride in delivering high-quality specialty teas and unique tea accessories. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure that every order meets our quality standards. Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy below.


No Returns or Refunds on Tea Products

Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any tea products, regardless of whether the package is opened or unopened. Tea is classified as a food item, and we are unable to restock or resell it once it leaves our facility.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions and reach out to us with any questions before making a purchase.


Manufacturer Defects on Accessories

We inspect every item before shipping, but in rare instances, manufacturer defects may occur. If you receive a product with a defect, we are happy to assist you.

Minor Manufacturer Defects

Minor imperfections such as:

  • Small glaze bubbles or uneven finishes on ceramic items

  • Package misprints or slightly off-center labeling

These issues do not impact the usability of the product. At our discretion, we may offer a store gift card as a gesture of goodwill. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

Major Manufacturer Defects

Major defects include:

  • Chips, cracks, or broken accessories upon arrival

  • Tea packages that arrive torn, opened, or improperly sealed

In these cases, we will gladly replace the item(s) at no cost to you*, including shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the defect

  • A description of the issue

We will review and process your replacement as quickly as possible.

*Please note that we may request the originally received damaged item to be shipped back to us to verify condition and to help make future orders go smoother.

Final Note

All claims for manufacturer defects must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. We are unable to process requests submitted after this period.
